Donald H. Shiland Donald H. Shiland, 63, 4651 Lakeshore Road, died Friday in Port Huron Hospital following a six-week illness. He was born on June 24, 1908, in Flint, and has lived here since a child. He was an operations officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 14-3 and a retired employee of Morton Salt Co. He and the former Margaret Morse were married on April 28, 1934 in Port Huron. He is survived by his widow; a son, Harry E. Shiland, Orlando, Fla., and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the P o 1 1 o c k-Randall Funeral Home. Rev. Andrew D. Counterman of the Wesleyan Community Church will officiate. Charles E. McCabe, Jack Richards, Edward Mallorey, Robert E. Pentland, Charles A. Richards and Jack A. Cash-man, all members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 14-3, will be pallbearers.
