Cannot find any record other than school APWs. There is a Frances Hamilton of Sumner, who in 1926 married Mr EP Williams of Hawera, in Sydney, and then who subsequently died in Vancouver, Canada in 1929. Paperspast. This Frances Hamilton was a school teacher. Unlikely.
Birthdate from APW
The following is a birth record from BDM, but the dates are quirky. However, the mother matches - Amelia and no father recorded.
1953/97465
So Frances Ellen Hamilton Feltham?
Possibly changed her name as a result of minor criminality (theft in 1911)?
BDM Death 1956/32630 for Frances Eleanor WILSON died aged 63. Age vs birthdate matches. Looks like Auckland though?

Caroline Nancy Brown lived at 50 Allenby Ave., Dunedin until 2005 at least.
Caroline went under 3 names, including Rockwell, Brown and Ryan.
Rockwell appears to have been her birth name, but uncertain. Brown was her mother's maiden name and Ryan appears to be her married name. She divorced in 1971, and did not remarry.
Her grandmother lived in the same house, also called Caroline Brown.
