 | Leila Bennett, Kate and George Keast Leila had been taken on an overseas trip by the Keasts. This is a postcard sent to the family on the back was the following information. They were in France/Belgium to visit George's relative Oscar's Grave. Oscar was killed in the 1st world war and buried overseas. Leila passed away soon after their return, I think she had appendicitis. They left London to return to Australia on 2nd December 1924. She is listed as being Home Help. |
