  http://www.presbyterian.org.nz/archives/marriageregisters/riversdalemarriages.htm Marriage Cert Folio #7338 He was a good bowler. Lilias Gutschlag has medals from his bowling days in Auckland. Seems that Thomas moved to Auckland to be near his sister Rosina, and that they shared the same house. Lilias remembers him as being a bit of drinker, and broke out into thick scottish accent and scottish songs when 'happy'. It seems that he moved to Auckland to be with his sister Rosina after her husband's demise. Thomas was Cremated under Funeral Director Fletcher Brown and the ashes returned to the family.
