    • Arrived on "Zealandia" 1862 at Lyttelton aged 9 along with her parents and siblings

      Married Richardson Mulholland in 1878 and divorced in 1882.

      Husband ran ads in paper in 1878 saying that he wasn't responsible for his wife's spending.

      In 1882 living at Gordon St. Lyttelton and called as a witness to theft from her home. House described as of "ill Repute". Shown as Ellen Mulholland here.

      1884 lost court proceedings.

      1885 as Nellie Mulholland witness in divorce proceeding alongside Fanny Edgar.

      1886 as Nelly Mulholland she gets into trouble for theft, but is acquitted.

      Wedding in 1894 to Henry "Harry" Stephenson... note married as Ellen FINLEY.

      Died in 1908 in Sydenham and buried in cemetery of same name.
