  		Joseph Francis Paul Passmore drowning an article about the drowning of Joseph Passmore on Sept.11th, 1908. Joseph could not swim and drowned after losing his balance and falling into the water. He was trying to move gasoline powered boats away from the fire at about 3 in the morning. I think that the article appeared in the Toronto Evening Telegram.
