Albert,Greta and William Lay on motorbike-picture 1
This photo of the motorbike was taken c1912 in the back yard at Francis Street and is of Albert,Gordon (in skirt)& William Lay. They were the children of William Hunter Lay (1876-1966) & Florence Cooper and Granchildren of James Joshua Lay 1st (1852-1899) & Elizabeth Wilson (1853-1919). James Joshua was the brother of George Robinson Lay (1847-1926)& son of Robert William Lay & Charlotte Hunter. The lower photo is of Gordon & Albert Lay on the back step at Francis Street. Albert Lay was my Husband's father. Pam Dinning
