Born on the 14 November 1902\u00a0at\u00a0Nightcaps, Southland, New Zealand, Mary was the second child and second daughter. She attended High Street Dunedin, Middlemarch, South Town Belt Christchurch and East Christchurch Schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary married Cyrus Edmondson Mitton in 1922 and there were 6 children from the union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The living child was born in 1928, but I have been unable to definitively prove she is extant or deceased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary passed away on the 8 November 1974\u00a0at\u00a0Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyrus passed away in 1987. Both are buried in Christchurch at Waimairi Cemetery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
