Lorraine was born on the 2 Mar 1915 at Waianakarua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sadly, Lorraine had learning difficulties, which meant that her family looked after her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Angusina and daughter Lorraine Robertson, 1920s.. Lorraine was born in 1915 with learning difficulties, which meant she remained at home with her parents until their passing, with her mother passing in 1959.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was in turn looked after by Corstorphine House in Dunedin, which at that time, was run by Presbyterian Social Services Association which took the house over in 1957. Corstorphine House specialised in care for adult women with intellectual difficulties. Lorraine died in 1978 at the home. Corstorphine House was on-sold in the 1990s and is now a function venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorraine passed away 31 Jan 1978 at Corstorphine House, Dunedin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is buried at Otepopo Cemetery, Herbert, Otago, alongside her parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
