Clancey was born on the 13 May 1917 at Balfour, Southland, New Zealand. She attended Gore Main School from 1924 until the end of her schooling.
In 1941, Clancey married Alan George Inglis 1941. From that union, 2 children arose. Both are living, so not present here.
Sadly, Alan passed in 1973 at Dunedin aged 59. He was cremated and buried at Andersons Bay Cemetery in the Soldiers Interment area.
Clancey continued living in Dunedin for the remainder of her life and passed away on the 14 May 2005 at Redroofs Rest Home, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand.
Her remains were cremated and buried alongside her husband at Andersons Bay Cemetery.
Her death brought to an end the children of James and Christina.
