Was born on the 10 Sep 1915 at Mataura, Southland, New Zealand.
She attended Blacks School in 1921, which is in Alexandra. The family moved to Dunedin at some point as Hazel’s entire life was spent there. I have been unable to find her occupation.
Sadly, Hazel passed away on the 22 August 1974 at Opoho, Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. She was cremated and her ashes buried in Andersons Bay Cemetery, Dunedin. She is buried alongside many members of her family, including her father, Silas.
