Mabel was born on the 8 July 1881 at Christchurch.
In 1903 she married Alfred Charles Kimber and the couple moved to South Springston and remained there for the remainder of their life together.
From that union, 2 children were born.

Alfred passed away 7 years earlier than Mabel, on the 6 September 1952 at Springston. Mabel passed away on the 8 September 1959 at Christchurch. The couples’ remains are buried Springston Cemetery
